Returns policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached , and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the packing slip. 

Please return the item/items to our returns address along with your packing slip. As soon as we have received it we will begin to process your refund. To ensure your return is safe and insured we advise to cover the contents of the parcel with your shipping provider. Please remember to keep hold of your proof of postage.

*All returns must be made using Royal Mail ( We use a Royal Mail P.O box so only Royal Mail returns will be accepted, all other couriers will be returned to sender. )  

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

We now offer exchanges up to 14 days! To exchange your item please return the item/ items along with your order form. Please remember to make a note on your order form stating which item/ Items you would like to exchange. Once we have received your return we will disptach your exchange within two working days. 
( Pupco do not cover returns cost, but we do cover the exchange postage cost. All returns/ exchanges must be made using Royal Mail. ) 
*Our exchange service is only available for UK customers

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We can only accept returns if the item has not been used and is in its original packaging with the tags attached. PUPCO reserve the right to decline a refund.

*Customers are eligible for one exchange per order, Please note if you exchange an item the second time you will be unable to return this. If you do return the item to us you may be charged postage costs.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.We aim to process your refund within 5 working days of receipt. We will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

*The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

*If you have used a free postage code - the original postage cost will be deducted from your refund.

*Do not loose your Royal Mail tracking number we may need this to locate the item
